In total, we form a team of over 40 people including stay advisors, traveler experience managers, professional advisors, marketing staff, developers.

In the image of the team, our offices are warm and friendly. Our offices have been designed to inspire a sense of well-being and escape within one of France's most popular tourist destinations: Biarritz.
Our Customer Service
Our human-sized customer service, called Pôle Voyageurs, is at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm, the saturday from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm (French local time) and during the summer, on Sundays from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (French local time), by phone at 05 59 01 01 07 or by email at reservation@poplidays.com.
To be as available as possible, Pôle Voyageurs is also available on French public holidays, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
It consists of approximately 10 employees, all passionate about tourism, speaking a total of 4 languages (French, Spanish, English, and German) and wishing to provide their valuable advice to find the most suitable offer for each and every one of you.
Payment Security: Securing online payment is one of the challenges of our profession. POPLIDAYS has chosen Dalenys solutions, from the BPCE group, and Stripe to ensure a serene reservation.
Cancellation Insurance covering all participants in the stay from subscription until the end of their vacation in the rental booked with POPLIDAYS (optional service).
