Built in the 1920s, this building is now listed as a Historic Monument. Facing south, view over the roofs of the city but especially over the Rhune. Opening onto the terrace, a very large living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen and lounge area (sofa bed 160x200). The sleeping area is made up of two bedrooms: the first, a 180x200 bed (or twice 90x200) faces south. The second, bed 160x200 (or 2 times 80x200) opens onto a day well and has its own entrance so as not to wake anyone up if some come in late! Two bathrooms, two toilets. The beach, 50 m from the door of the residence, will be your garden! A sober and elegant decoration, in the spirit of this beautiful building, and beautiful spaces so that everyone can enjoy their holidays. Come...you will be back!
