Description of the accommodation

Apartment Xeraco, 3 bedrooms, 7 persons - HISP-34-18

No young groups are accepted (under 30 years old). The Bitácora building is located in the central area of Xeraco beach, 45 m from the beach. It consists of seven floors with a lift, has a swimming pool and garage. The apartment is located on the fourth floor, has three double bedrooms, one full bathroom, a toilet-shower, independent kitchen with gallery, living-dining room and a large terrace with awning and south-facing with good sea views and unbeatable access to the beach. Proximity to supermarket, restaurant, shops, pharmacy and medical centre.
Equipped with everything necessary for cooking and setting the table, and bed linen and towels. They have television, washing machine, microwave and offer WIFI service.
Capacity 6/7 people.
NO YOUNG GROUP IS ADMITTED (ages under thirty years).
NO PETS ALLOWED.
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be made at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodation will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages, either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of €28 non-refundable.
The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
