From 1 bedroom there are views of the communal garden and pool. The flat has a living/dining room with access to the covered terrace with garden furniture, 2 sofas, dining table, ceiling fan and plasma TV. Flat La Isla has a large communal swimming pool, with an island in the centre and a very large, well maintained garden with lawn and outside showers. There is a separate kitchen with electric hob (3 burners), oven, washing machine, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and fridge with freezer. The distance to the Arenal beach with shops, bars and restaurants is only 300 meters. Pets are not allowed.
