You are looking for a large house for 6 (or even 8 on request), in a preserved setting on the banks of the river with a private fishing pond of 2,500m²... Le Moulin de Gratte Sac is an estate on 2.5ha and a large house on the ground floor* with 3 bedrooms (9 to 12m²), a large living room (22m²) with fireplace (insert), a kitchen dining room (31m²), a bathroom, a shower room and 2 toilets. Each room is opened by a French window or bay window opening onto a terrace.
The large south-east facing terrace opens up the view over the entire natural space, an enchantment!
Fisherman ? The body of water is full of fish: roach, perch, carp, pike... and trout in the Erve river. A fishing lodge equipped with a sink, refrigerator and basic fishing equipment is located between the river and the pond.
Also at your disposal is a large hangar with ping-pong table, bicycles of all sizes and the ground allows you to play pétanque. The shed can accommodate several vehicles (including campervans)

Possibility of additional beds in the living room: 1 convertible sofa 160*200 and a single armchair. Duvets: 140 bed: 220*240 / 90 bed: 140*220. The household and laundry cleaning appliances are in a dedicated room.
The cottage is not completely on one level: 3 steps between the living room and the kitchen/dining room. Bathroom and separate toilet is between the 2 bedrooms. The walk-in shower and WC are adjacent to the living room.
For babies: travel cot, high chair, booster chair, changing mat, bathtub, stroller.
