Gîte adjoining the owners' house located in an old farm.
Independent access from the national street (passing axis). Entrance to the kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, Senseo pod coffee makers, 4 induction hobs.
A bathroom with walk-in shower (1m*1m15), double sink and washing machine and a separate toilet.
A living/dining room with 130cm TV sofa bed. WIFI (fiber). Upstairs, a bedroom with 2 90x200cm beds (possibility of a 180x200cm bed), and a bedroom with a 180x200cm bed. Chair and baby bed available. 20m² tree-lined courtyard with terrace, barbecue and outdoor furniture. Parking in the courtyard (under construction). The owners offer facilities to accommodate 4 riders with their stabled horses for an equestrian stopover (no equestrian lessons, no equestrian boarding facilities).
