On an estate of a former Tuffeaux quarry, a grouping of three gîtes nestled in the north of Berry, a region ideally located near the majestic Châteaux of the Loire. Just 12 km from the renowned Beauval Zoo and a stone's throw from the magnificent Château de Valençay, this set of accommodations offers you an unforgettable experience. Imagine relaxing in your own private 6-person hot tub where you can relax and rejuvenate after a day of adventure. A shared ping-pong table and pétanque court are available to continue the sporting part of your stay.
For sports enthusiasts, our rugby and football field and the 9 x 5 m heated swimming pool open from April to October invite you to lively moments with family or friends. With a picturesque setting and ideal location for exploring historic treasures, our air-conditioned vacation rental is the perfect starting point for lasting memories.

Accommodation 1 for 13 people: On the ground floor: a large entrance with a rest area (bed in BZ for 1 person), a beautiful living room with sofa and a large table for meals, a fitted kitchen, a rear kitchen, spa room, 2 separate toilets, bedroom with 160 x 200 cm bed and an open bathroom / private toilet. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms each with a bathroom / (4 beds of 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds), a private toilet. Outside: 2 beautiful terraces, plancha, deck chairs, a large shared plot of land and parking within the property.
Accommodation 2 for 6 people: On the ground floor a living room with a convertible sofa that can accommodate two people, a bathroom, private toilets. On the 1st floor two bedrooms each with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and in one of them a baby bed with a changing table.
Accommodation 3 for 10 people: On the ground floor living room serving as a lounge (with a convertible sofa) dining room and kitchen equipped with a fireplace, a private toilet, a lounge giving access to a bedroom and the 'floor with a convertible Bz sofa, a bedroom with a shower and sinks. On the 1st floor: two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, one with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and one with a double bed (140 x 190), a single bed (90 x 190 cm) and a baby bed, separate toilet
Outside, a private terrace and a heated swimming pool open from April to October protected by a dome and its fully equipped patio for spending convivial moments. On the property access to a rugby field, a football field, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table.
