L'ALIZIER/ROYAL PARC residence in Villeneuve-Loubet is located 1km from the closest beach, 800m from the shops and 2km from the spa centre. The residence sits on the edge of the Parc de Vaugrenier, which boasts fitness trails and a children's play area.
The residence is made up of apartments located in two 4-storey buildings (with lift).

LOCATION
Resting on France's southern coast between Nice (25km) and Antibes (5km) and on the banks of the Le Loup river, Villeneuve-Loubet combines the picturesque charm of a traditional countryside village with the lively, modern atmosphere of its marina. Visitors to Villeneuve-Loubet will find it hard not to be charmed by the narrow streets typical of many Provencal villages, and the imposing chateau which dominates the village. The resort offers 4km of coastline, as well as the famous "Marinas Baies des Anges", a well-preserved 600 year-old port.

OTHER ACTIVITIES
Whilst staying in Villeneuve-Loubet, why not try your hand at a wide range of water sports, including sailing, windsurfing, water skiing, surfing and diving, to name but a few!
Other, more relaxed activities in the resort include fishing, horse riding, golf and tennis.
A day out to the Marineland centre in Antibes is also highly recommended (2km).
Visitors interested in exploring the landscape should head to the botanical tours or enjoy one of several walks throughout the resort and its beaches.
The resort also offers 2 thalassotherpy centres "Biovimer" and "Thalassoleil".
