Description of the accommodation

The Pigeonnier gîte can accommodate up to two people (2 single beds). Dining area, kitchenette (2-burner electric hob, refrigerator with freezer, mini multifunction oven, plancha), bathroom (shower and toilet). All charges will be included in the price of your stay. The beds will be made upon your arrival, linens (tea towels, tablecloth) are provided free of charge and end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price of the stay. All shops and amenities on site. Possibility of renting bicycles for children, teenagers, adults and child seats by reservation with the owners (5€/day/person). TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Nogent sur Seine and its power station 15 km away, visits to cellars, Provins and its medieval city, Château de la Motte Tilly 20 km away, Large fishing pond 35 minutes away. We are Champagne winegrowers, you have the possibility, upon reservation, to take a tour of our plots with a picnic lunch. Visit to our vat room and tasting of our champagne. Reservation for our reception room (capacity of 30 people equivalent to our 6 gites. Tapas evening in our reception room by reservation. End of August-beginning of September possibility of taking you to listen to the bellowing of the deer. 100 km from Paris and Reims, 60 km from Troyes, Epernay and Sens, 25 km from Sézanne, 20 km from Provins, 15 km from Nogent sur Seine. Studio on the first floor of the owners' house with a separate entrance.

The price includes: Electricity, Wifi, beds made and linen (tea towels, tablecloth), end of stay cleaning.
The price does not include: Bathroom linen, swimming pool option to be reserved with the owners open from May 2024 to September from 10 [hidden] to 6 [hidden] - 2 hour slot: €5/adult/slot (free for children).
