You will have a living room with open kitchen, dining area opening onto a terrace, living room with fireplace and flat screen TV, a bathroom (shower cubicle + sink), a double bedroom (140x190 bed), separate toilet , and access to the basement where there is a laundry room. The cottage has a table football. Upstairs: a double bedroom (140x190 bed), 2 twin bedrooms (2 90x190 beds), bathroom (bath + sink), toilet. Each room has a TV. Heated and covered swimming pool option to be reserved with the owners from June - 2-hour slot: €5/adult/slot (free for children). We are Champagne winegrowers, you have the possibility, upon reservation, to take a tour of our plots with a picnic lunch, a visit to our vat room and finally a tasting of our champagne. Reservation for our reception room (capacity of 30 people equivalent to our 6 gîtes). Tapas evening in our reception room by reservation. End of August-beginning of September, possibility of taking you to listen to the bellowing of the deer.
