You will have an equipped kitchen area (2-burner hob, microwave, mini oven, multicooker, refrigerator, etc.) with dining area and television, a spacious bedroom with 2 140x190 beds, a mezzanine bed with 90x190 bed, a dressing room, an armchair with coffee table and a television. Shower room with shower and sink, separate WC. Outside, motorcycle/bicycle shelter with ping-pong table, private garden furniture and plancha. Beds will be made on arrival, linen (tea towels, tablecloth), heating and electricity, end-of-stay cleaning will be included in the price. Dog supplement: €10/day. All shops and amenities on site. Supplement of 10€/night/additional person for 3rd and 4th person. Possibility of renting bicycles for children, teenagers, adults and child seats by reservation with the owners (5€/day/person). 100 km from Paris and Reims, 60 km from Troyes, Epernay and Sens, 25 km from Sézanne, 20 km from Provins, 15 km from Nogent sur Seine. Apartment adjoining another gite with independent entrance, parking, outdoor games for children, shared courtyard and garden. Heated and covered swimming pool option to be reserved with the owners - 2-hour slot: €5/adult/slot (free for children). TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Nogent sur Seine and its power station 15 km away, visits to cellars, Provins and its medieval city, Château de la Motte Tilly 20 km away, Large fishing pond 35 minutes away. We are Champagne winegrowers, you have the possibility, upon reservation, to take a tour of our plots with a picnic lunch, a visit to our vat room and a tasting of our champagne. Reservation for our reception room (capacity of 30 people equivalent to our 6 gîtes). Tapas evening in our reception room by reservation. End of August-beginning of September, possibility of taking you to listen to the bellowing of the deer.
