All on one level, it features an open-plan kitchen/dining/living room, one bedroom with a double bed (140/190 cm), and another bedroom with two single beds (90/190 cm). Cleaning fee: €45. Linens and towels included. Utilities: 8 kWh of electricity per day included; any additional consumption will be charged to the owner on site.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Separate WC.

Enclosed grounds. 27 m² south/southwest-facing terrace with direct lake views.
