The village of Villedieu is located on the Crémant Route and at the gateway to the Champagne region. Les Riceys, a charming village, is 7 km away. Molesme and its Abbey are 5 km away. Situated on the borders of the Côte d'Or, Aube, and Yonne departments, the "Les Terrasses de Villedieu" gîte is an excellent base for exploring this beautiful region! You'll recharge your batteries in a traditional, detached stone house in a quiet, unspoiled setting. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, the gîte, ideal for 7 people, is located in the upper part of the village and offers unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside. The owners, Estelle and Pascal, have superbly renovated it, preserving its old-world charm and adding original, contemporary decor.

On the ground floor, the spacious entrance hall leads to a large, fully equipped kitchen (countertop, range cooker, wine cellar, etc.) and a very bright living room with a flat-screen TV and smart speaker. Beautiful fireplace (firewood provided), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and a laundry area.

Upstairs, there are three beautiful bedrooms: two for two people with 160x200cm beds, and one bedroom for three people (one 160x200cm bed and one 90x200cm bed). Bathroom, separate toilet, and a large walk-in closet. Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, and tableware.

The garden, spread over several levels, is a unique place thanks to its green and hilly setting. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available. The added bonus: a pétanque court is coming soon!

Easy parking in front of the cottage. One pet maximum allowed (pet deposit: €200).
