On the ground floor, you will have a pleasant living room with lounge area and dining area, an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom (160x200 bed), a bathroom (Italian shower , basin, toilet). Upstairs: you will have at your disposal a twin bedroom (2 90x200 beds), a double bedroom (160x200 bed), a single bedroom (90x200 bed + baby bed + extra bed for 8th person with supplement ) and a bathroom (shower, basin, toilet). On the mezzanine, you will find an office/teleworking space with board games. The exteriors are being developed (gate to come) but you will find on the lawn garden furniture, a barbecue, deckchairs, a parasol and a shelter for your bikes and sports equipment. The land will allow you to bring in your vehicles in a gravelled yard. Beds will be made on arrival, linen will be provided (tea towels, tablecloth), end-of-stay cleaning, heating and electricity are included. 20 minutes from Troyes and the factory outlets, at the foot of the Vélovoie along the canal, come and stay in this beautifully decorated house which can accommodate 7/8 people. 5 minutes away, you will find all the shops and amenities: supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, gas station...
