We are farmers and have been renting our house under the GITES DE FRANCE label for 5 years because we like contact with people. We do our best to satisfy our guests and guide them in their visits to Périgord.

13 km from Lardin (Shops) and 12 km from Terrasson, detached detached house of 117 m2. Raised ground floor. Living room with kitchen area with fireplace. Crossing the lounge area, you access a corridor which leads to the bedrooms: 5 90 cm beds and 2 140 cm beds. 2 bathrooms. 2 independent toilets. Electric heating. Cellar with washing machine with exterior access. Shed for firewood. Unfenced land of 800 m2 with terrace of 20 m2, swing, barbecue, garden furniture, deck chairs, parasols. Cell phones work well. Wood and linen included. Towels €5/person/change. Sheets €10/bed/change. End of stay cleaning €100. Electricity beyond 8 kW/day: €0.10/additional kW. On the border of the Dordogne and Corrèze, on the top of a ridge, the Murat gîte dominates the valley. The view is breathtaking and there are no neighbors within 100 m. Marked walking paths in the village. You will go to Montignac (25 km) to visit the International Center for Cave Art Lascaux 4 then descend along the Vézère Valley to Les Eyzies de Tayac, capital of Prehistory. You will also enjoy visiting the Château de Hautefort 10 km away, the Tourtoirac cave 20 km away, without forgetting Collonges la rouge, Turenne, Pompadour...
