The house is surrounded by nature and is in a very privileged location between L’Emporda and Girona and Pla de Estany. A 25 minute drive from the beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava. There is a private, fenced swimming pool (Non-Chlorine pool), a large garden with a play area for children, football / basketball area, an « al fresco » kitchen with BBQ and a covered porch.
Cal Guillot is fully equipped with central heating, kitchen, 1 lounge / dining area with fireplace, 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, each room with its own TV, 1 individual bedroom, 2 shower rooms, utility room, covered porch, parking for 2 cars.
Cal Guillot also offers all the family but especially the children the opportunity to get to know our farm animals. Ducks, chickens, as well as our own domestic cats and dogs. They are all looking forward to meeting you.
Cal Guillot can also offer special facilities for people with limited mobility. 1 bedroom and a shower room are suitable for the access of wheelchairs.

25kms to the best beaches and coves of l´Emporda. L'Escala 25 minutes. A quiet location with several golf courses and pitch & putt courses between 10 and 40kms. Sant Martí d'Empúries, L'Escala, Sant Pere Pescador, Roses are all within a short distance (25kms). Banyoles 20kms, Girona 20kms. Figueres 20kms.
At Cal Guillot you can spend days resting, reading a good book, going for a swim in the pool, strolling through the countless corners of nearby villages, enjoying the rivers Ter and Fluvia that surround us, visiting the coast and fishing villages.
