Ideally located, very close to the city center and 5 minutes by bike from the beach, this beautiful, completely renovated apartment will be the ideal place to enjoy the summer season in Vieux Boucau.

You will enjoy a pleasant tastefully furnished living room, a fully equipped open kitchen, all opening onto a pleasant furnished terrace, not overlooked. This very comfortable 50m² T3 can accommodate a maximum of 5 travellers.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first offering a large 160 bed and the second having "mezzanine" beds with a dimension of 140 for the lower one and 90 for the upper one.
