A holiday between ocean and lake, in a family resort close to the beaches is the setting offered at the Rémy gîte. We really fell in love with this contemporary and comfortable house. Pure volumes for this cottage offering a living room of 36 m² with equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer combination), living room for meals, as for the living room it combines a sofa and ottomans with the TV area . The 2 bay windows opening onto the terrace provide great light to the room. The sleeping area, well separated from the living rooms, offers 3 bedrooms, one of which offers a 160x200 bed with dressing room and private bathroom with toilet, the other 2 with 2 beds in 90 and 1 in 140. A second bathroom is provided at your disposal, as well as a 2nd independent toilet.
A spacious pantry houses the washing machine and serves as a vestibule. The 16 m² outdoor terrace offers garden furniture and a plancha. You will benefit from a plot of land of 900 m². The entrance is shared with a second gîte. Entrance is through an electric gate, your vehicle can be driven onto the site. To make your stay pleasant, sheets, household linen and bathroom linen are included. The beds are not made. A beach shuttle operates in summer, 1.5 km away.
