Old renovated cellar located in the countryside, close to the Vendée, near another gite and guest rooms. Shared semi-enclosed grounds of 800 m² with table tennis, private terrace.
Ground floor: living room/living room with fitted open kitchen, separate WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 1 140x190 bed and 1 90x200 bed, 2: 1 140x190 bed), bathroom/wc (plus shower).
