This spacious house has a large living room, ideal for relaxing with family or friends. With its four comfortable bedrooms, it can accommodate up to six people for a memorable stay!

Located in Vicq-sur-Nahon, just a few kilometers from Valençay and its majestic castle, you will have the opportunity to explore the rich history and treasures of this beautiful region, without forgetting the Zoo Parc de Beauval. Whether for cultural adventures or moments of serenity in the countryside, our seasonal rental house offers you the perfect starting point for an unforgettable vacation. Living Space: our living room is the ideal place to relax with family or friends. It has a lounge area with two cozy sofas, perfect for lounging around after a busy day. The dining area is equipped with a large table where you can share delicious meals and precious moments. The kitchen, located nearby, is fully equipped and has a central island, providing an ideal preparation space for cooking enthusiasts.

Rooms: our house offers four comfortable rooms to accommodate your group. Two bedrooms are equipped with 140 x 190 cm beds and one with a 160 x 200 cm bed, perfect for a restful rest. Two additional 90 x 190 cm beds are in another bedroom, suitable for smaller family members or additional guests.

Laundry Room: You will have access to a fully equipped laundry room with washer and dryer, making your stay convenient whether for a short or extended getaway.

Bathroom: The bathroom of our house is designed for your comfort. It is equipped with a refreshing shower and a relaxing bathtub, giving you the choice for your relaxation rituals.

Exterior: In front of the house, private parking that can accommodate several cars. At the rear a large enclosed garden with terrace and garden furniture.
The price includes: bed linen for the stay, heating and electricity with reasonable and reasonable consumption - if the heating of the gîte is electric you have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will be paid on site to the hosts ).
