A beautiful detached stone house. You can enjoy a private heated swimming pool, 4mx6m, 1.45m deep, salt water, security by barrier, open from June to September, with a beautiful view of the church. Through the garden, you will reach after 6 descending steps the living room equipped with a television. A dining room with a piano for music lovers. A fully equipped kitchen. You will have access through the kitchen to a fully covered terrace with garden furniture and a view of the swimming pool. On the ground floor, you can enjoy a bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet. Upstairs, you have 3 bedrooms: 1st with 1 140x190 bed, a 2nd bedroom with 1 140x190 bed, a 3rd bedroom with 2 90x190 beds. A bathroom with a bathtub and WC. Outside, a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, with a pool house for the swimming pool. Parking in front of the gîte.
