Escape to this old mill, completely renovated into an independent house on a hilly estate of 15 hectares with woods and 1st category river. Raised ground floor: Large open-plan kitchen, living room, lounge, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Floor: 1 bedroom (1 160 cm bed, baby bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom on the mezzanine with access to the miller's staircase (4 single beds), bathroom (shower/wc). Electric heating and pellet stove. terraced pleasure garden, veranda, playground, 2 ping-pong tables, volleyball net, small stream on site (bay). Heated indoor swimming pool (semi-buried) all year round, shared with the other gîtes on the property 8m x 4 m; from 1.35 m to 2 m deep). Swimming pool protected by a closed glass room with key available to adults (including a changing cabin).
Sport hall. Sauna. Library. Golf course, pétanque court, volleyball net. On site, 2 Gites: for 6 people and 2 people.
The advantages of the gîte: Cleaning included, please note that only the kitchen area must be left clean and tidy otherwise an €80 cleaning fee will be required at the end of the stay.
