Description of the accommodation

15 km from Orléans, in an old 16th century fortified house, gîte on a farm, in a soothing environment, conducive to rest, hiking, visits and Loire castles independent of the owners' home: entrance and private garden near the fields of crops, terrace. A 2nd gîte is offered in another building. Ground floor: living room/lounge (mini channel), open kitchen (freezer), toilet. Floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), bathroom, separate toilet. TV socket. Security deposit. Special conditions for businesses (Deposit €500).

Animals accepted under conditions: the animal must not be left alone in the accommodation. A supplement of 3€/animal/night is requested. Category 1 and 2 dogs not allowed.

PRICE CHARGES INCLUDED: Electricity, heating, cleaning and sheets included. Beds made on arrival.
