This single-storey house over the basement offers you an equipped kitchen, a bright living room with a dining area, lounge area with convertible sofa to accommodate 2 additional people (additional charge of 15€/person/day), flat screen TV , Alsatian stove for small, warm fires. Night side: 2 bedrooms with a double bed (140x190), one of which has a sink, a twin bedroom (2 90x190 beds), a bathroom with shower (large extra-flat shower tray), basin and separate WC. Outside, you will enjoy a spacious terrace with garden furniture/barbecue and awning, a large enclosed garden with flowers and trees, a parking space, an underground garage for bicycles, a swimming pool (to be shared with the owners) accessible from May (depending on the weather) to September with deckchairs, a sandbox with games, a ping-pong table, pétanque... The beds will be made upon your arrival , heating and electricity will be included in the price of the stay. In the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Natural Park, 10 minutes from the Lakes, 10 minutes from the Nigloland amusement park, 35 minutes from Troyes and the factory outlets, come and discover "La Maison Vautier", an independent house with sophisticated and original decoration ensuring you a stay marked by calm, relaxation and tranquility. You will have all the amenities on site: restaurants, supermarket, train station, pharmacy... TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: bike rides on site, golf course 3 km away, swimming, fishing and water sports at the Forêt d'Orient lakes, cellar visits and Champagne tasting...
During your stay at the gîte, every Monday and upon reservation, you have the opportunity to enjoy a relaxation and well-being massage with a certified “Vaiana” masseuse. Well-being moments of 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes depending on your desires.
