From Nantes, direction Rennes by the expressway. La Grigonnais exit. Go to Vay. In the village of Vay, direction Le Gâvre. Drive about 2 km, then 1st right towards Le Limousin. The cottage is 2 km further.

Description of the accommodation

Old stable renovated with taste and modernity (stones and exposed beams) located in the countryside, 40 km from Nantes and 35 km from Châteaubriant, and close to the owners' farm (dairy cows).
Enclosed garden of 1100 m² (swing, badminton).
Ground floor: large living room/living room with open fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms accessible to people with reduced mobility with private shower room/wc (1: 140x190 bed, 2: 140x190 bed + 2 90x190 bunk beds) and separate WC.
Upstairs: 1 spacious bedroom (160x200 bed), children's corner with 90x190 bunk beds, bathroom/wc.
Additional equipment: Wifi, DVD player, radio, freezer compartment, complete baby equipment.
Included: gas heating, electricity and sheets.
Not included: bathroom linen and tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning fee for professional customers (90€).
No animals accepted.
