On the ground floor: an entrance hall, a lovely living room opening onto a small terrace at the front of the house, a beautifully renovated, modern and very well-equipped separate kitchen opening onto the terrace, 3 bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed, 1 x 140cm bed and 2 x 90cm twin beds) as well as a renovated shower room (large Italian shower, double vanity unit, heated towel rail) and separate toilet.
Upstairs: an airlock opening onto a 2ᵈᵉ shower room also renovated with shower cubicle, vanity unit and wc.
The front terrace equipped with an electric awning, barbecue, plancha and garden furniture are at your disposal for vacation spirit at its best! Spa with reverse current (deposit for SPA 2000€).
Gantry with swings and slide for younger guests - parking spaces on the grounds.
