With a renovated surface area of 43 m2, it is located on the 1st and top floor of a small, quiet condominium and is rated 3 stars. The living room is comfortable and can sleep 2 people thanks to its sofa bed, while the open kitchen is pleasant and functional, and very well equipped in terms of crockery (4-burner ceramic hob - oven - microwave - hood - dishwasher - filter coffee maker - kettle - toaster). The bedroom has a good 160cm bedding and storage space for your clothes, shoes and personal belongings. The bathroom has a vanity unit with storage, a bathtub, a towel dryer and a washing machine.
Your car is parked at the foot of the apartment, and access is via a wide outside spiral staircase.
There's a communal garden to the rear of the apartment, where you can hang out your washing when you return from the square or when you get out of the washing machine.
