There's nothing like spending a pleasant moment as a couple or with friends. Located in a 2-storey building, this 37 m² apartment on the 1st floor with elevator features: an entrance that opens onto a pleasant living room with kitchenette and cupboard (possibility of sleeping on the sofa bed), two large sliding bay windows giving access to the large 15m² covered bacon area equipped with outdoor furniture, a bedroom with cupboard and 140cm bed, a shower room and separate wc. The residence is secure, and parking your car won't be a problem as the apartment benefits from a private parking space (n45). The newly renovated swimming pool invites you to relax. There's also a bike room on the premises.
What could be better than a good balance between sea bathing and swimming for a well-deserved rest?
