Looking for relaxation and a vacation-friendly environment? Come and stay at Villa Coquillage in the heart of the Bois des Fées private estate! Its evocative name suggests its ideal location: 400 meters from the charming little conche du Conseil and 850 meters from Nauzan beach. Perfectly south-west-facing, it has been partly renovated (new paint and window frames, kitchen, shower room) but offers simple comfort, as it has retained its original floor, furniture and decoration. Its surface area of approx. 90 m² sleeps 6, and includes: a living room opening onto a lovely terrace with garden furniture and a large garden planted with trees, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom (sink and storage space), one of which opens onto the terrace and garden at the rear of the house (bed 130 / 2x80 and 140), a shower room with Italian shower and separate wc.
Garage used as laundry room with refrigerator and freezer with drawers at -6° - Ground floor raised by 3 steps with possibility of installing a sloping surface - Garden furniture and 2 deckchairs - Parasol - Barbecue - Parking on the grounds - Fenced grounds of approx. 1,400 m² .
