In an old 19th century family farm completely renovated, with a view of the Palais Briau, the Gîte de la Ficheterie, adjoining the owners' secondary residence, is located 500 m from the banks of the Loire, 14 km from Ancenis and 55 km from Nantes (by direct train in 26 min from the station located 100 m from the gîte). Many hiking trails nearby.
Country atmosphere for this enclosed garden of 500 m² with an outbuilding with a ping-pong table. Private parking in the property + covered carport.
Ground floor: spacious lounge/living room with open fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (160x200 bed), shower room, separate WC and linen room.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 2 90x200 beds) and bathroom with sink and toilet.
Additional equipment: wifi (fiber soon), cot and high chair for babies.
Included: sheets (beds made on arrival) and towels.
