Terrace and courtyard on the south side. 22 km from Le Mans or Sablé, 15 km from the motorway exits Le Mans Sud, Le Mans Ouest. On your arrival, you will find the beds made, the bathroom/kitchen linen at your disposal as well as Sarthois products.
Ground floor: entrance, access to living room of 45 m² with lounge/living room (large screen TV), fitted kitchen (gas hob, electric oven), 2 bedrooms.
