Magnificent view of the vineyards of the Layon valley! Warm atmosphere and guaranteed comfort in this 4-bedroom cottage with private shower room.

In the heart of the vineyards of Anjou, you will benefit from a privileged location to taste a good vintage in one of the surrounding wine estates (Quarts de Chaume, Savennières, ...), criss-cross the villages on the banks of the Loire at least 10 min (Chalonnes sur Loire, the island of Béhuard, ...) or hike through the vineyards (GR3 at 1.5km, 9km hike at 1km from the gîte).

The cottage is located 25 minutes from Angers, 1h10 from Nantes and its famous machines and 50 minutes from Saumur, capital of horse riding.

Large living room of 87m² with bay windows with wood stove and two staircases each leading to two bedrooms. Equipped kitchen (oven, 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, etc.). Laundry room with washing machine and separate WC. Upstairs, each bedroom has a shower room (with hairdryer) and a separate toilet (2 adjustable 80x200cm beds).
