Ideally located for sightseeing, this 4-star furnished tourist accommodation is very close to the Auxois Zoological and Aquatic Park and Lake Grosbois with its beach. This detached, single-story stone house has been fully renovated and is accessible to people with reduced mobility. It features a modern, fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room. There are three comfortable bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), one with two single beds (90 cm), and one with a double bed (140 cm) and its own private bathroom (bathtub and toilet). A TV is provided in the living room, and an additional TV is available in one of the bedrooms. A second bathroom with a toilet is also adapted for people with disabilities. A cot, baby bath, and high chair are available.

Maximum two pets allowed. Two parking spaces. Secure bicycle storage.

In front of the house, a large enclosed courtyard of 500 m² (with a lawn area) provides both parking and outdoor space. Two dining areas are also available. The spacious former barn, converted into an unheated games room with a ping-pong table, foosball, and various other games, offers a relaxing retreat. The house is equipped with a wood-burning stove and supplementary electric radiators.

No extra guests allowed, even during the day.
