Retired, I am from Périgord, originally from Eyzies de Tayac. My husband and I have entirely designed this small rental to receive guests and guide them in their stay in Périgord.

3.5 km from Les Eyzies de Tayac (Shops), independent house of 50 m2 near the owners' house (near the D706). Ground floor: Living room, kitchen area, lounge area (4-burner gas hob and 120 l refrigerator). Wifi internet connection. Shower room with WC. Mezzanine: 1 140 cm bed. Electric heating. Fan. Unfenced land. Covered terrace of 10.5 m2. Garden Lounge. Barbecue. Deckchairs. + 1 90 cm bed on the mezzanine as an extra for a child under 13 years old. Electricity included (including heating). No supply of household linen, bathroom linen and sheets. End of stay cleaning €50. If you do not take the 50€ cleaning option, a deposit of 50€ will be required upon arrival. Property located in the Vézère Valley classified by UNESCO. Les Eyzies de Tayac, capital of Prehistory is 3.5 km away, Montignac and the International Center for Cave Art Lascaux 4 are 18 km away and Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage, is 20 km away. You will also be close to many tourist sites in the Dordogne Valley (Châteaux, bastides, villages, gardens). Let yourself be tempted by a canoe or barge trip.
