You will have a parking space in front of the property, beds will be made upon your arrival, bathroom linen and household linen will be provided. Electricity and heating will be extra from October to April. 5 minutes from factory outlets, 10 minutes from Troyes city center, and 15 km from the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient. In a green setting with a view of the countryside, this apartment located on the first floor of the owner's house (access by external staircase) is located in a village with all the amenities of the city (supermarket, bakery, press, restaurant, bus, etc.).
