A second large garden (shared) has a picnic area overlooking the sea, children's play area including trampoline, swings and slide, as well as access to the coastal path right next to the beach. The property has a large open plan living area, and has the benefit of both downstairs and upstairs bedrooms, as well as a fitness room. Upstairs rooms have sea views.
The coast close by has beautiful little coves and rocky promontories; perfect for walking, fishing, kayaking or swimming. Discover the popular nearby town of Concarneau, famous for its walled port and picturesque waterside setting, as well as for its market and numerous summer festivals. Explore as well the artists' town of Pont Aven, with its beautiful river boutiques, galleries and tea shops.
