On the ground floor: equipped kitchen, dining room, 2 triple bedrooms each with a double bed + single bed, bathroom (shower + bath), access to the laundry room on request. On the 1st floor, you will have a living room (sofas, TV), a master suite (140x200 bed) with adjoining bathrooms (shower + WC), a 2nd double bedroom, a twin bedroom (2 single beds). 90x190), a triple bedroom (160x200 bed + 90x200 bed), 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. On the 2nd floor, you will access a 70 m² entertainment lounge: bar with beer tap, table football, TV, DVD, library area, casino games, board games and games for children. Outside: enclosed grounds with private parking and terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs), ping pong table. Electricity, heating, household linen (tea towels/tablecloth, napkins are not provided) will be included in the price. Beds made on arrival. In the heart of a village located at the foot of the Lacs de la Forêt d'Orient and the Champagne vineyards, 5 minutes from the Nigloland amusement park, 15 minutes from Brienne le Château, Bar sur Aube and Vendeuvre sur Barse, come stay in this beautiful and spacious country stone house. The owners live in an annex to the property and will be very discreet during your stay. From June to September, you will enjoy a 5x10 swimming pool (fenced and unheated) open every day from 10 [hidden] to 8 [hidden]
To respect the neighborhood, noisy evenings are prohibited.

The price includes: Electricity, heating, sheets (beds made on arrival) and household linen (tea towels, tablecloth, napkins) and end-of-stay cleaning (for any reservation after 04/05 /2022).
