Detached gite completely renovated and fitted out in an old agricultural barn, 1.5 ha of land with pond and fishing on site. Located in a very quiet hamlet, you can travel between the Orléans forest and the canal, in the Loire Valley to discover all the Loiret activities (golf, cycling...). Fruit/asparagus producer and fruit and vegetable store on the farm, order possible. FISHING on site in No Kill: pond of 5000m² 50m from the cottage. Roach, carp, tench.

Attention :
For the pond, it is not operational at the moment, probable reopening summer 2023, but a second pond, located 300m from the cottage, is available for fishing in a quiet place, very well stocked with roach and carp. Private pond no need for a fishing license. Ground floor: large living room with bay window onto wooded area, open kitchen, lounge area, linen room, 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with adjoining shower room, separate wc. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed, and 1 bedroom (3 single beds), shower room and separate toilet. Mezzanine with reading area. Wood stove. Solar water heater. Baby kit on request. Internet Wi-Fi Fiber on site.

Heating included with reasoned and reasonable consumption: you have 15Kw/h per day (the excess will be paid on site to the hosts). Sheets provided and beds made on arrival.
