Retired for a few months (Martine from the hospital and I from justice), Martine is passionate about horses and spends most of her time in this activity. Accompanied his mare on competitions
and taking care of 2 horses at home is very demanding.
Me, less active, although I retired at an age when many are long gone, I like to go for coffee in town and leaf through the daily press
A few years ago, I started producing honey and I currently have 6 hives.
The theater (Martine plays theatre), choral singing and, in another area, rugby are also part of our areas of interest.
We have 2 children who live in Paris and we visit them regularly. We take the opportunity to visit museums and exhibitions.
We also make regular trips to La Rochelle in Charente Maritime.

Description of the accommodation

Private terrace of 16 m², open land to share with the owner. Living room with kitchen (2-burner hob), one bedroom with 1 double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, shower room, toilet (access to shower room and toilet via 4 steps). Internet by box. Heating to be paid on site (on reading). Pets accepted with prior agreement of the owner. Located in a quiet hamlet on the outskirts of Angoulême, this gîte offers a view of the rolling countryside. This independent house, on one level, is accessible by a private road to the gîte, and is located close to the owners.
