AT163 Codolar: This very comfortable semi-detached house is located in the Els Munts neighborhood in a community with a swimming pool and 650 meters from the beach. Being a corner house, it has neighbors only on one side. From the living-dining room - American kitchen space there is an exit to the terrace with garden furniture that overlooks the pool area and another exit to the backyard with garden furniture and built-in barbecue. On this floor there is also a sink. And the three bedrooms, all exterior, are located on the top floor: one with a double bed, another with a bunk bed and the third with a single bed and a trundle bed. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub. The house has a private parking space in the underground parking of the community. It's a very quite zone. The beautiful Cala Canyadell beach and La Paella beach are about 650 meters away. With which the place is perfect to spend a quiet and relaxed family vacation. Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.
