The house has a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen (includes a dishwasher), two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed) and a bathroom with a bathtub. Also, being an attic, it has a large private terrace on the roof of the building (you have to go out onto the landing and climb some steps), where you can enjoy beautiful views of the historic center of the town, including the church bell tower. This apartment has a private parking space in an underground parking lot that is 200m away (3 min walk). All services are very close and in 12 minutes walking you can reach La Pella beach (850m) Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.
