On the other side, there is a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a bedroom with two 80cm twin beds, and a shower room with a toilet. Reversible air conditioning. No Wi-Fi, but 4G is very good. Travel cot and booster seat available upon request. Access from the kitchen to a large terrace with lovely open countryside views. Garden furniture, barbecue, and pétanque court. Fully enclosed garden. Private parking and a single garage.

All shops are located in Epoisses, 7 km away, known for its famous cheese. Nearby activities: Archery, treetop adventure park, aquatic center, supervised beach, go-karting, Auxois Zoo. Tourist attractions: the medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois, the Alésia Museum Park, Fontenay Abbey and the Basilica of Vézelay (UNESCO World Heritage Sites), the castles of Thil, Bussy-Rabutin, and Epoisses, the Buffon Forges, the Arcy-sur-Cure Caves, Flavigny-sur-Ozerain (one of the most beautiful villages in France, famous for its aniseed), etc. Beautiful walks in the area. 1 hour from Dijon and Beaune.
