Claudine and her husband have renovated this family home located next to Claudine's parents in the town of Tocane, close to all the riches of Périgord. They give you the opportunity to go green during your stay.

Description of the accommodation

Independent house with enclosed land of 700m2 located in a hamlet made up of a few dwellings. You will enter a pleasant and spacious house where you will enjoy a beautiful living room with lounge (wood stove TV) and dining room as well as an independent kitchen equipped with a combined freezer, microwave, oven. ... You will have 3 carefully decorated bedrooms, all equipped with a 140 cm bed as well as a small, functional shared bathroom with shower and WC. Another independent toilet is available as well as a laundry room. A storage space will allow you to store your bikes. For your meals outside, you will have a terrace in front of the gîte, with sun loungers, garden furniture and plancha. Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair. Parking space in front of the cottage. Cleaning at end of stay 80€. Bathroom linen and sheets included. Holidays in the countryside just a stone's throw from Périgueux, city of Art and History.
The forest is accessible less than 500 m away offering you beautiful walks and hikes in this part of the Périgord Vert. The river is less than 2 kilometers away to cool off on sunny days.
Close to Brantôme, "The Little Venice of Périgord" and the various castles of Périgord Vert (Bourdeilles, Château-l'Evêque, Mareuil), fill up on visits to discover our regional know-how (Neuvic caviar fish farming , Noix de la Veyssière oil mill, “La Chantéracoise” biscuit factory, etc.).
