Halfway between Le Mans and Tours (10 km from Château du Loir) motorway A 28, exit Château du Loir, Maryse and Philippe CISSE welcome you to the edge of the Bercé forest, classified as an exceptional forest, Valley region du Loir in their gîte located on 3,000 m2 of wooded land.
On the ground floor: a living room of 40 m2 with TV lounge area and fireplace with insert, a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, microwave), 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom water, 1 billiard room, TV socket, DVD player. On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 4 single beds, 2 connecting rooms with 4 single beds, shower room or bathroom, WC, TV socket in each room. Electric heating. Available terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, bowling green, linen room. Parking and closed garage. On site, dairy farm with free visit; possibility of witnessing the milking. Departure 50 m from the lodge for hiking and horse riding circuits, mountain biking in the Bercé forest. Sheet rental possible (8€/bed and towels (8€/pers.). Baby equipment.
Electricity charges and fireplace wood not included, to be paid directly to the owners on departure. WiFi internet with fiber.
Deposit 700 euros.
