To rent in Moraira-Teulada in Costa Blanca this villa with private parking. Furnished in traditional Spanish style. Located in a very quiet residential area, this house is well placed, just 2 min. drive to bars, restaurants and a supermarket. 5 mins. further by car and you arrive at the charming little coastal town of Moraira, where you will find a beautiful sandy beach and various water activities. Sports enthusiasts will find tennis courts and mini-golf nearby. This house offers parking for 2 cars and a nice garden with barbecue. The interior of this holiday home is on one floor. We access, by a few steps, a small sunny balcony, ideal for having breakfast outside. We enter into the open living / dining room, with Sat + TV + DVD, and air conditioning, then into the fully equipped kitchen. In this house in Moraira we find 2 bedrooms with twin beds and an air-conditioned bedroom with double bed, the three sharing a bathroom with shower. The parking space and the garden are located at the back of the house. The washing machine is in an outdoor room below the house.
