Casa Mamet is a villa with magnificent views to the sea and Calpe's famous Rock , el Peñon de Ifach, situated in Benissa Coast.  In the town of Benissa, if you come by car, you will find all the important supermarkets. Also the whole area is full of magnificent restaurants to enjoy our appreciated gastronomy. From the villa you can reach the neighbouring cities of Calpe and Moraira in a few minutes. The house can accommodate up to 10 people as it has five double bedrooms ( four of them with double beds and one with two single beds ), each of them is decorated with style and personality, all double beds have ceiling mosquito nets, the floors are covered with beautiful carpets, the ceiling beams are painted in bright colours that together with the rest of the decoration, gives the romos a very cozy touch. There are also four bathrooms (three with shower and one with bathtub). The property has two living rooms, the first one, entering the house, has a comfortable Chester sofa and another sofa with more modern style, a marble coffee table, and office table, large windows from which you can see the garden and the sea in the background, and a wood burning fireplace, the second living room is also very large and luminous with a large library full of books, a spacious sofa with chaise longue and next to the sofa there is a sitting room with benches full of cushions where you can lie down to rest or enjoy a pleasant evening surrounded by friends or family, there is also television with satellite and Spanish channels, wifi and internet, air conditioning hot/cold, fireplace and a very nice and colourful decoration. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook during your stay: mocrowave, fridge, oven, coffe machine, cuttlery, crockery, dishwasher, etc. and  a breakfast bar with several stools.     The outside is just as colourful and cheerful as the inside, surrounded by plants and trees, at the front of the house there is a canopy covered with plants and a big tree and both provide a very pleasant and necessary shade on hot summer days  we find as well an outdoor dining table with chairs and benches for up to eight or ten people, The whole house is surrounded by gardens and after going down a few steps, we find a large  área with grass where there is also a swimming pool with interior lights so that travellers can enjoy it both day and night,  there is  a garden table from which to contemplate the magnificent views of the sea and the Peñon of Calpe, a built in barbecue and a large private parking.
