A family house that has seen several generations, which Vincent wanted to revive by the arrival of holidaymakers. He knew how to combine comfort and modernity in this house with neutral and timeless colors.

Description of the accommodation

House near the D6089 adjoining an unoccupied building. After 5 steps, you will access the 30 m2 terrace equipped with garden furniture, outdoor sofa, parasol, deckchairs, barbecue. You will enjoy the view of the private unheated swimming pool, 3mx5m, depth 1.50m, salt, secured by a fence, open from the beginning of May to the end of September, located at the rear of the gîte. You will enter through the equipped kitchen (oven, combined freezer, microwave, etc.) open to the living room, TV, internet, table football, bathroom (shower and WC). Upstairs, you will have access to 2 attic bedrooms with modular beds in each (1 160x200 bed or 2 80x200 beds). Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair, etc.)
Private parking for 2/3 cars in front of the gîte. You can walk or sit in the shade of the owner's walnut trees all around the house.
End of stay cleaning, sheets, towels, household linen, electricity and heating included. Pool towels not provided. Your vacation begins now by packing your bags in this particularly charming gîte.
