Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails, and fishing. For children: Saint Valbert Animal Park and the Praille leisure area in Melisey. Winter sports: Planche des Belles Filles ski resort (27 km), or Larcenaire in Bussang (28 km). On the ground floor: modern kitchen fully equipped with high-quality appliances, spacious and bright dining room with wood-burning stove, living room with sofa, armchairs, and flat-screen TV. Laundry room, shower area, separate toilet. Upstairs, there are 5 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms each with a 160cm bed and a private bathroom, 1 bedroom with a 160cm bed and a bathroom opening onto a 4th (adjoining) bedroom also with a 160cm bed, and 1 "family" bedroom with a 160cm bed and two 90cm beds, with an en-suite bathroom and separate toilet. A pleasant relaxation area with a sauna, deckchairs, and a walk-in shower is available. The adjoining cottage (70G4152) can accommodate 2 to 4 additional guests. Located in the heart of the forest (access via a path in excellent condition) on 40 hectares of land, on the edge of a private pond. The exterior is currently being landscaped.
