Located 20 minutes north of Le Mans, close to the Mancelles Alps, halfway between Le Mans and Alençon, the cottage is located within the Domaine de Boisclaireau. An English-style park, wooded with species of varied colors, decorated with moats and bordered by meadows, offers a natural setting for this 15th, 17th and 19th century property whose owners will be able to share the history with you.
Located in the former grooms' accommodation, as an extension of the large stables, the clock gîte will accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor, large living room with lounge area, dining area and kitchen. Separate toilet and back kitchen.
Upstairs, long corridor leading to 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 110 cm beds. 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 sink and 1 separate toilet.
When you arrive, the beds will be made. You will also have internet access.
Heating additionally €25 per day.
