On the ground floor, the recently refurbished kitchen has modern appliances with an adjoining breakfast patio, perfect for fresh, summer mornings. A combined lounge / diner is tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas and a wooden dining table with high back chairs and bright patio doors. Follow the neat staircase upstairs to the 2 charming bedrooms and soak up the views across the trees and rooftops. Both are double rooms, with 1 extra single bed accommodating 5 guests in total, and there are 2 shared bathroom facilities, 1 shower room on the ground floor and 1 bathroom with bathtub on the first floor. Outside, trees and colourful shrubs embrace the terrace making the space completely picturesque and private whilst revealing a treasure trove of outside living choices; a soft sofa seating area, traditional brick BBQ and outside dining table along with a collection of sunbeds for the sunworshippers. All the ingredients for lazy, hazy days and lovely balmy evenings with a sundowner or 2!
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. There are 10 steps leading to the front door. Parking is directly in front of the house, but not on a main street, and is without a charge.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.
Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.
